Why We Don’t Have Phone Support

To keep our costs down we don’t employ a receptionist to answer phone calls. All of our sales and administration enquiries are handled through this website.

We pass the savings onto our customers who benefit from a most affordable shopping in Australia from our website.

Incorrect Product – This is in the event we shipped incorrect product (s). In such cases where the product shipped to you is different from what you ordered, kindly contact our Customer Service, so a replacement can be instantly sent upon receiving back the improper product.
